We will work closely with you to provide only those installation services that you require. We will also provide you with guidance and recommendations if you prefer that installation is done by your own maintenance staff and/or contractors.
Cameras: We’ll install your standard and wireless CCTV security cameras and domes in both indoor and outdoors environments. Mounting Hardware: We’ll install all necessary PTZ mounts, brackets and other mounting hardware. Cable Runs: We’ll install all cabling (coax, twisted pair & fiber), power drops and network (Ethernet) drops. Access Control: We’ll install your access control hardware including badge readers, relay boards and other components. Analog & Digital System Integration: We’ll integrate your existing analog security camera networks with your new and/or upgraded digital video recording (DVR) system. Video & Access Control Integration: We’ll integrate your CCTV video surveillance system with your access control system (including entry/exit locks, badge entry, and alarms). Remote Access & Control: We ’ll enable remote access, control and administration of your integrated security systems over your WAN, LAN, VPN or wireless networks. Our expert staff will come to your facility and completely configure your new security system components. By the time we leave, your system will be finely tuned and working at its top capacity.
Component Integration: We will hook up all components of your system including your CCTV security camera systems, Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), access control and other systems. Preset Configuration: We will work with you to configure the security system presets that work best for you. Environmental Settings: We will configure your CCTV video, audio, viewing and recording system according to the lighting and other enviromental variables present in your facility. DVR Configuration: We will set up your digital video recorder (DVR) at the pre-engineered resolutions, storage options, CIF rates and frame (FPS) rates. Access Control System Configuration: We will optimize your card reader / badge reader sensitivity, reader feedback, and alarm volume for your access control system. Your security system is of limited value unless your people know how to use it and know how to use it well. That’s why we offer comprehensive on-site training to your employees.
Initial Training: We provide on-site training to your security staff, IT personnel and supervisors on the use, configuration and general maintenance of your security equipment and remote viewing & management software. Our relationship doesn’t end after we’ve installed your security system. That’s why we offer a complete set of follow-on support services to insure that your security system provides you with dependable, reliable service for the foreseeable future.
Annual Support: We offer annual support contracts which include business hours or 24/7 end-user phone support, regular preventive maintenance visits, expedited hardware replacement & loaner devices with our RMA Tracker™ service, free on-site security reviews and more. Preventive Maintenance: We’ll visit your facility several times a year to adjust presets, clean CCTV camera lenses, electrical contacts, pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) mounts, inspect wiring and other components and thoroughly test all of your security equipment. RMA Tracker™: We’ll facilitate the return and repair of damaged security equipment to the original manufacturer, and we work within our own inventory and with our manufacturers and distributors to acquire expedited loaner equipment when necessary. Periodic Site Reviews: We’ll review the current state of your security environment and offer relevant recommendations for improvements and upgrades based on current advances in security technology.We offer many other services which add value to your organization.
